Loom Batching Motion Unit

Loom Batching Motion Unit

The PRANSHI Loom Batching Motion Unit is specially engineered to provide superior fabric handling, accurate winding, and reliable performance. It is ideally suited for Terry Towel Weaving Plants and is also compatible with Technical Textiles, Denim Fabrics, Cotton Fabrics, Jute Fabrics, and Nonwoven Fabrics.

The system can be installed on almost all types of textile looms, including Air Jet Looms and other compatible weaving machines. Its robust design ensures smooth, uniform, and crease-free fabric winding while maintaining consistent fabric tension for high-quality production.

The unit is built on a heavy-duty MS Platform with strong side brackets and a Stainless Steel Guide Roller, providing excellent stability, easy operation, and reliable performance. It is powered by a high-efficiency Three-Stage Helical Geared Motor, ensuring precise and uniform winding with minimal fabric wrinkles.

An optional Fabric Inspection Unit with a Large LED Illuminated Inspection Board is available for
customers who require fabric inspection before batching. This optional system enables operators to
identify weaving defects, stains, missing picks, and other fabric imperfections before the fabric is wound
onto the batching roll.
