Sizing / Warper Beam
The PRANSHI Sizing / Warper Beam is precision-engineered to meet the demanding requirements of modern high-speed sectional and conventional warping and sizing machines. Manufactured using premium-grade raw materials, advanced CNC machining, and stringent quality control processes, our warper beams provide exceptional dimensional accuracy, superior balance, and long-lasting performance.
The beam barrel is manufactured from high-quality 20# Seamless Steel Tube, offering excellent strength, rigidity, and durability for continuous high-speed operation. Depending on customer requirements, the barrel is available with Galvanized Passivation, Zinc Plating, or Colour Coated finishes providing superior corrosion resistance and extended service life.
The flanges are manufactured from high-strength Aluminium Alloy (LM6, ADC12 or equivalent grade) using Precision Gravity Die Casting, ensuring excellent mechanical strength, dimensional stability, and lightweight construction. Available in Hollow Section, Ribbed, and Double-Wall Designs, the flanges are engineered to withstand high winding loads while maintaining excellent balance and structural rigidity.
Every beam is precision CNC machined, dynamically balanced, and thoroughly inspected before dispatch to ensure smooth rotation, minimum vibration, and reliable performance. The hubs are manufactured from graded CI Casting with precision-machined 50 Teeth or 72 Teeth Drive Hubs, ensuring accurate power transmission and compatibility with various sizing and warping machines.
Designed for Single Section and Double Section applications, the PRANSHI Sizing / Warper Beam is suitable for both Spun Yarn and Filament Yarn processing. It is compatible with leading machine manufacturers including Karl Mayer, Benninger, Jupiter, Prashant, West Point, Hakoba, Suker, Amrit Laxmi, Ukil, Griffins, and other high-speed sectional and conventional warping and sizing machines.
