The PRANSHI Batching Trolley is a heavy-duty fabric handling solution designed for the efficient transportation, winding, unwinding, and storage of fabric rolls throughout textile processing plants. Engineered for strength, durability, and smooth operation, our batching trolleys are widely used in Weaving, Dyeing, Printing, Finishing, Coating, Inspection, and Textile Processing Plants.
Manufactured using high-quality IS standard Mild Steel Channels or Tubular Sections, the trolley offers excellent structural strength while maintaining smooth mobility within the production area. It is available in both Traditional A-Frame Construction and Round Tubular Construction, allowing customers to select the most suitable design for their plant layout and operational requirements.
The batching roller is manufactured from heavy-duty seamless steel pipe with optional SS 304 Cladding, Ebonite Rubber Coating, or Epoxy Coating, making it suitable for various fabric types and processing applications. Heavy-duty bearing pedestals, precision balancing, and robust construction ensure smooth
fabric handling with minimum vibration.
Each trolley is equipped with a manual braking system for controlled fabric winding and unwinding, while the drive coupling enables easy roller rotation during processing. High-quality fixed and swivel wheels ensure effortless movement and easy manoeuvrability inside the textile plant.
