The PRANSHI Weavers Beam is a precision-engineered warp beam designed to meet the demanding requirements of modern high-speed weaving industries. Manufactured using premium-quality raw materials, advanced CNC machining, and stringent quality control processes, our weavers beams ensure excellent dimensional accuracy, superior balance, and long service life.
The beam barrel is manufactured from high-quality 20# Seamless Steel Tube and is treated with Galvanized Passivation, Zinc Plating, or Colour Coating, providing excellent corrosion resistance and extended durability. The flanges are manufactured from high-strength Aluminium Alloy (LM6, ADC12 or equivalent grade) using Precision Gravity Die Casting, offering superior mechanical strength and dimensional stability. Available in Ribbed and Double-Wall constructions, the flanges are designed to provide excellent rigidity and reliable performance under high-speed operating conditions.
Every beam undergoes precision CNC machining, dynamic balancing, and strict quality inspection to achieve excellent concentricity and smooth rotation. This ensures vibration-free operation, stable warp tension, accurate fabric winding, and improved weaving efficiency even at high loom speeds.
Available in Single Section and Double Section constructions, with or without Differential Motion, the PRANSHI Weavers Beam is suitable for Air Jet, Water Jet, Rapier, and Projectile Looms. It is compatible with leading loom brands including Toyota, Tsudakoma, Picanol, Dornier, Sulzer, Itema, Somet, Vamatex, and other compatible weaving machines.
To suit different weaving applications, the beam is available with Ribbed Flanges, Double-Wall Flanges, and Optional Centre Flanges in Steel or Aluminium Alloy construction.
