The PRANSHI Rope Dyeing Machine Capacity Enhancement System is designed to increase the production capacity of existing rope dyeing machines by extending the Creel Section and Coiler Section according to customer requirements and available factory space.
A conventional Rope Dyeing Machine is generally designed with a 24-rope capacity. To meet increasing production demands, PRANSHI provides customized engineering solutions that expand the machine capacity by extending both the front-side Creel Unit and the rear-side Coiler Unit, enabling higher rope processing capacity without replacing the complete machine.
Our engineering team designs and manufactures heavy-duty structural components, including Double Decker Log Stands, precision Creel Frames, Coiler Assemblies, high-quality Gearbox & Chain Drive Mechanisms, and all required supporting structures to ensure smooth, reliable, and synchronized machine operation.
Each project is custom-designed to suit the customer’s existing machine configuration, available factory space, and required production capacity. We have successfully completed capacity enhancement projects of up to 48 Rope Ends and can provide customized solutions for higher capacities based on customer requirements.
PRANSHI also undertakes complete fabrication, erection, alignment, installation, and commissioning of the Creel and Coiler sections, ensuring seamless integration with the existing rope dyeing machine while maintaining reliable performance, production efficiency, and operational safety.
